Comments: This is a fairly straightforward session. Stone Mountain is a large, white limestone mountain that is surrounded by flat land. It is partially manmade, in the sense that there are huge carvings in the mountain of Confederate heros. The mountain is in a park within which there are numerous structures. The site is a symbolic rallying point for the Ku Klux Klan.
