TARGET: The raising and lighting of the pillars supporting the Olympic Cauldron during the opening ceremonies of the 2010 Olympics Winter Games / Inside the BC Place Stadium / Vancouver, Canada / 12 February 2010.

Background: There were supposed to be four "ice" pillars that rose from the ground to support the Olympic Cauldron. Unfortunately, only three rose up from the ground, the result of some sort of technical glitch. The event can be seen near the end of the video at the following url:
